Defcon (aka Chernobyl)
Defcon was found with the hack installed on his computer when he allowed us to do a TeamViewer. He also likes to use the name "Chernobyl" (last ip here was 98.118.9.190) and is probably the person on the *u|clan mod dev server. Defcon was too stupid to figure out how to use the cheat, but somehow smart enough to set up a mod.
