| Any member that is ejected (admin, moderator, member, dev, or whatever position they may be), will have a post here, the post will state who the member is, why the decision has been made, and what the results will be. If a member would like to appeal this or call a public clan vote, showing the votes of all members who can & do vote, they will have to reply to the topic and wait for the vote to end, during that time, they will not be allowed to wear the tag, view clan forums, admin forums, moderator forums, or any other forum that contains clan information. Reasons for Ejection/dismissal/removal/demotion/(whatever you wanna call it):
- Inactivity
- Attitude issues
- Issues within the clan, caused or accentuated by this member
- Hacking
- Double Clanning
- Giving the clan a bad image
- Causing trouble
- Insulting other members/players constantly (yes, we do this, but there is a line that is not to be crossed)
- Being immature constantly
- Lying about abilities
- Lying in general
- Abusing power(s)
- Advertising for another clan
- Down-talking this clan
- Stealing another person's work/intellectual property
- Being an all around asshat
If you do not believe any of these are a reason why you could have been removed, then please (politely & calmly) ask what the reasoning behind it was. If you disagree, you may move to appeal the notion by requesting a clan public vote, if the vote is in your favor you will retain membership status, however you may not regain your previous stature.

| Appeal requests must be posted in this format:
I [yourname] on [date], hereby accept the fact that I have been ejected from *u| - Unwanted Clan. However, I wish to call for an appeal to the ejection of [yourname]. My reasoning for calling this appeal is [your reason(s)]. If my appeal does not rule in my favor, I understand and accept that I am no longer allowed to wear the tag (in any form) of *u| - Unwanted clan, nor am I allowed to call myself a member. I understand that if my appeal does rule in my favor, that I will be reinstated as a member and I may not retain all or any of my previous duties/permissions.
Thank you, [yourname]
Any appeal request not using this format will be deleted and/or ignored.

| I guess I'm forced to keep with your requests...
Appeal requests must be posted in this format:
I Chernobyl on October 29, 2011 hereby accept the fact that I have been ejected from *u| - Unwanted Clan. However, I wish to call for an appeal to the ejection of [yourname]. My reasoning for calling this appeal is:
1. I was never detected by 1up's "Cheat detection system". Their clan owner, Ronaldlee confronted me saying a friend who owns a site which promotes hacks had logged my IP downloading hacks, however they were unsuccessful in finding any evidence of hacks on my computer.
2. The mod zpak (what makes it work) was made by an outside source - that was always clear.
3. I never lied about my "abilities". I had asked |DB|Snype to help me in compiling an exe server build. I could not do this myself as I own a Mac, which is incapable of compiling exe files. To compile such a build, a Linux OS was required - with which I had minimal past experience with, thus prompting me to ask Snype for help.
Have you even once suspected me of hacking? Do my "skills" display any evidence of this? Has anyone ever thought to ask for remote access to my laptop to search for any evidence of hacks? This I'd be willing to do.
Thank you, Chern | |
